Speaker 1: Today, we're going to take at the replacement N2806 key for the Thule and SportRack racks and carriers. This part will replace a missing Thule or SportRack key for the lock. This one happens to be a key number N2806, and that is engraved right on the key itself. It is for a quantity of one key. I just want to give you an example. Here's an example of the lock, like would be on a cargo box, if this key would fit.
The way you can tell is, if you have the cargo box, and you don't know what key fits it, if you just look under that, the number of the key will actually be on the lock itself, the lock core. You can see that this key will work as the key on this lock. That should do it for the review on the replacement N2806 key for the Thule and SportRack racks and carriers.

We lost the key to our thule and could not find anyone local that could make a new one for a reasonable price. One place quoted us $90 for one key! I checked online and found etrailer could make 2 keys with expedited shipping for less than half the cost. A couple of days later I have my keys that work perfectly and we can use our thule for our trip next week.
What I think is that it's pretty crappie that the day I received my order I reorder so a week later and the same key I paid $9.00 and change for is now $10.00 and change plus you charge $5.00 for shipping on a key that weighs the same as a nickel two times so in all one key costs $15.00..... You tell me what you would think about a $15.00 key. The Service as far as getting the key to my home was ok but not so much for the gouging on cost . Have a blessed/Trump Day...
We lost our key to our Thule and figured that we would have to pitch it. Thanks to etrailer we didn’t have to do that. The customer service was very helpful when I called in to figure out which key We needed. Thanks!!!
Just what I needed to make a $5 Salvation Army find (X-Csrgo roof carrier) brand new. Sears would not sell me just the needed key, but I got the new key, a new latch and what amounts to a new $200 carrier for less than the price of the lock Sears wanted to sell me.

Purchased this as a 'favor' to a friend who loaned his cargo carrier to us for my daughter's move to college. I found a Sportrack roof container on craigslist but it didn't come with a key. I called etrailer about getting a key and they helped me figure out which one I needed. The key showed up and works perfect. I would use this site and company again.

Lost the key to my SportRack roof cargo box. After falling down the internet rabbit hole and reading the bad review elsewhere I decided to risk it and order from etrailer.com. The risk paid off and I had new keys in hand in a few days. AND THEY WORK PERFECTLY. No off cuts, no sticking, no weird jiggle jiggle shake push pull combination to get the lock to open. Just a perfect fit. I would absolutely reorder from them (but I did order 4 keys so I could stash the extras, so hopefully won't have to order again soon!).

Thank God for etrailer.com!!! I bought a used sear's cargo carrier online and didn't bother checking if it came with a key to lock up carrier. Come to find out, the seller lost it and didn't bother to mention it to me and me being knew to purchasing this type of product wasn't aware it needed a key to lock. I googled "replacement key for cargo carrier" and it linked me to this website!

The key only works occasionally. You have to play with it quite a bit before it unlocks.
The key was a perfect match for my Thule roof cargo carrier.
