What is the Response Time for Titan BrakeRite Electric Over Hydraulic Actuators

Question:
This is a little out of the ordinary question. Do you have specs for how long it will take this pump to achieve is maximum output of 1500 psi from the time it is energized? I am making a runaway brake system that needs to fully lock the wheels within milliseconds of being requested.

The Titan electric over hydraulic brake actuators including # T4813102 take 0.3 seconds to get to 200 psi and 1.1 seconds to get to 90 percent of their full rated pressure which would be 1,350 psi for the BrakeRite EHB # T4813102. This is about as fast as you're going to find for an electric over hydraulic actuator.
If you converted that to an electric system it would be faster.
