The simplest and most cost-effective anti-sway device I can recommend to you is a friction type like the Curt # 17200 or one of the similar items shown on the linked page. These are pretty easy to install using a bracket like # RP26003 for a 2-inch hitch or part # RP26005 if you have a 1-1/4-inch hitch. These will help to reduce sway after it begins. But note you cannot back up the trailer with the device engaged; you have to either release the tension on it or disconnect it to reverse the trailer.
The next option is to install a combination weight distribution/sway control hitch on the Jeep. If your trailer weighs more than half of the Jeep's weight then this kind of system may be appropriate. You can review the linked article for more on this kind of system. Selection of the correct system requires you to know the total effective tongue weight (TW) of your towing set-up, which consists of the combination of the fully-loaded trailer's actual measured TW plus the weight of anything in the Jeep that sits behind the rear axle, such as a loaded cooler or generator. We offer a scale # e99044 to measure TW.
