Yes the Firestone Coil-Rite springs, # F4164, have nearly the same dimensions as the Air lift springs, # AL60786. This is because they install the same way and same place and are custom fit products for the 2008 Toyota Sequoia. If you are debating on which system to get, Firestone is the way to go. Firestone is a leader in the industry and they make a good, quality product.
The Firestone bars are 5-1/2 x 10 inches and the Air Lift bags are 5-3/8 x 9-1/2 inches.
