Trailer tires should always be inflated to their max psi to ensure you get the full weight capacity and the best tire wear.
The Trailer Tire part # AM30060 that you referenced should be inflated to 90 psi when cold.

I have the kenda tube type trailer tyre 4.8/4.00-8. It says 90 psi pressure, but that feels scary? I was going to put 40 lb psi . It’s only a small trailer with camping stuff and fishing gear in, can you advise please. Thanks
