Truck: 2002 Ford Super Duty F250 Crew Cab Is there an adaptor that can be purchased for this application? Or instructions? I want a plug receptacle for my fifth wheel in the bed of my truck

If you have a factory tow package with a factory 7-way trailer connector already on your 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty, then I have a couple of recommendations to put a 7-way in the bed of your truck.

The Draw-Tite Wiring Harness, # 50-97-410, will plug inline between the OEM wiring harness and the factory installed 7-way connector under your truck bed. You will retain the use of the factory 7-way on the bumper and then have 9 feet of wiring harness to have a 7-way in your truck bed.

The Curt Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness, # C56000, will also install the same way. You will also retain the use of your 7-way on the bumper. It has an extra 7-1/2 feet of wiring harness, but the 7-way connector is detached, so you can mount the 7-way anywhere on the bed and then plug the harness into it.

If you do not have a factory 7-way on your vehicle then you can use Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118242, that will connect to the OEM connector under the truck. Then the two wiring harnesses # 20110, or, # 50-97-410, can be installed inline at the back of the 7-way.
