Flat towing a car behind a motor home requires 5 basic items and each one is detailed in the linked article.
Let's start with base plates for your Elantra. The correct one for you depends on which version you have. You can use the linked page to see all base plate fits for the 2010 Hyundai Elantra; just select the version you have using the drop-down menu tool. If you have the sedan use # BX2325; if you have the Touring Hatchback use # BX2328. For a tow bar I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha, part # BX7380, since it includes the required safety cables. For lighting you can use the easy-to-install light kit # TLL21RK from Optronics and for a braking system I suggest the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR since it offers easy installation and convenient wireless operation.
