Question:
I have a 2014 tacoma and a Jayco series sport 8sd. The top of the receiver on the truck is 18 and 1/2 inch from the ground. The bottom of the coupler is 14 and 1/2 inches from the ground. So I think I need a 4 inch if I am figuring everything right. Could I still use the D210 or is there something else that would be better?

Your calculations are correct, you would need a 4 inch drop ball mount so that your trailer could be towed level. The # D210 has a drop of 2-1/4 inches so it would make your trailer a bit nose high.
Since you want to carry bikes and tow your trailer a better option would be a ball mount with a 4 inch drop like part # C45270 and then a towing bike rack like part # S64664 that attaches to the shank of the ball mount.
