What is the difference between the qt765 and qt865? They both say chrome wheel cover.

Both QuickTrim Trailer hub covers are for wheels with 8 on 6-1/2 bolt patterns, but the # PXQT765CHN is for 13/16 inch lug nuts and the # PXQT865CHN is for 7/8 inch lug nuts.
