Hello. Which way does the small lug on the wheel lock go? Towards the hub or towards the rim?

I spoke with my contact at Redline and he said the Wheel Rim Clamp for Mobile Home Style Hubs # 15-2 goes towards the hub. So the flat side of it goes up against the lug nut.
