On a mobil home wedge does where it say wheel on it goes towards the hub and the rim side goes to the rim

On the Wheel Rim Clamp for Mobile Home Style Hubs, # 15-2, the portion with the lip goes toward the inside of the hub and opposite the nut. The angled side goes to the outside of the wheel so as you tighten the nut it pushes against the lip on the inside putting pressure to the angled section on the outside to hold your wheel tight.
