Both the air springs and the Timbren systems would be compatible with an installed fifth wheel hitch, I've confirmed this for you with Timbren and Firestone.
The Timbren system will not have any effect at all on your ride until there's a load placed on your rear suspension. As more weight is added, the springs will get progressively more stiff. This is a passive, non adjustable system.
The Firestone Ride Rite # F2250 system would allow you to fine tune your suspension as you wish. An optional onboard compressor systems, like part # F2097 would allow you to adjust the amount of air in the systems with a touch of a switch, very convenient.
I would personally prefer having the ability to adjust the stiffness of the suspension. I'd go with the Firestone Ride Rite system, part # F2250.
