Question:
I am wondering if your front tow receiver will bolt on along with my already mounted Western Snow Plow mounts.

Expert Reply:
Often a permanently-installed snow plow mount (rather than a removable hitch-mount plow like those shown on the linked page) will use the same installation points as a front-mount hitch receiver. I checked the Western website for the plows offered for your 2006 Suburban 2500 but I was not able to view the installation instructions to allow me to compare them to those for the hitches we offer. Those two hitches can be seen on the other link provided.
Both the Curt # 31108 and Draw-Tite # 65028 share very similar construction and naturally the same attachment points on the Suburban's frame rails. The install instructions for both hitches are linked. You'll want to check the truck as it is now equipped to compare it to the instructions to see if the installation points for the plow mounts and hitches are the same. If so, they may be incompatible. If not, and you can readily get to the mounting points shown in the linked diagram then you should be fine having both installed at once.
You always have the option of removing those Western mounts to install the hitch which would let you use one of the removable hitch-mounts plows such as # SB324-081 from SnowBear.
