Airlift 1000 Air Spring Kit # AL60817 Installation in 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport
Updated 06/15/2015 | Published 06/12/2015 >
Question:
My springs are bigger at the top than bottom. The deflated bag is round and a very loose fit up and down and side to side ? What holds the urethane pick in place and which way do the fittings go ? Seems they wont go the direction up or down the picture shows and still have room for fitting or line. Wil the bag inflate to a triangle shape like the spring ?

The Air Lift 1000 Air Bag Suspension Kit # AL60817 that you referenced fits both 2WD and 4WD versions of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. The air bags will fit loosely inside your coil springs until they are inflated to their minimum operating pressure of 5-psi (this minimum must be maintained at all times). The two black protective spacer pucks will be held in place by the pressure of the air springs once they are inflated and by the air line. The spring's inflation value should point down as noted in the linked installation instructions.
The air springs have a round profile that will remain after inflation.
