Most of the weight distribution systems use a hitch ball that is 2 inches or 2-5/16 inches diameter. The Blue Ox SwayPro head uses a hitch ball that has a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank. The ball diameter size depends on the size of the coupler on your trailer.
For a 2 inch hitch ball that fits the SwayPro I recommend part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch diameter ball you can use part # 19286.
