Replacement Firestone Air Helper Springs Double Convoluted for Part Number W21-760-6958

Question:
I have a Firestone double bellow air bag. The label shows #W21-760-6958. It has two 3/8inch studs on each end. It was originally purchased about ten years ago. Can you ID this bag? I am looking to replace it. Thanks

The Firestone Ride-Rite # F6781 air helper springs replaced the W21-760-6958 label you referenced. It has 3/8 inch studs. See the picture I included.
