Will Tear Clearance Light Kit Fit on a Roof that is Slightly Curved
Updated 04/21/2015 | Published 04/20/2015 >
Question:
These lights look identical to the lights on the roof of my motorhome. The base of my lights look slightly curved though to match the curve of the front of the roof. Can these be applied with the gasket slightly curved?

Expert Reply:
A roof with a slight curve should not be a problem for the teardrop marker lights # CB-15AK. But if you notice any gap then you will want to put a bead of sealant such as # 0160297 around the lights to close up that gap. You don't want to use anything that is too extreme because it might not come off!
