The available attachment points for a trailer hitch on your 2008 Honda Fit Sport necessitate a hitch design that differs from what you typically think of as a trailer hitch.
Truth be told there are many different hitch designs out there and all of them depend on where the available attachment points are on the vehicle. Your Fit Sport requires a specific design. The ratings of the hitches are still appropriate for a Class I hitch; 200 pounds tongue weight and 2,000 pounds gross trailer weight.
With that said you will need to consult the vehicle owners manual to make sure you can even tow a trailer with that vehicle. If so you can use ball mount # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258.
And for trailer wiring you can use # 118420. This wiring harness fits several different vehicles including your Fit so the linked video is on one of them and not a Fit but the process will be the same.
