We have a few fifth wheel hitches that were specifically designed to fit the hitch prep package of your 2015 Ram 3500 with an 8 foot bed such as the following:
Curt 20k Hitch part # C16530-16021
Curt 24K Hitch part # C16545-16021
Curt 16k Hitch part # C16520-16021 Since you said 16k this might be your best option.
Curt E16k Hitch part # C16515-16021 This one uses an economical head design that would cost less than the others but wouldn't be nearly as nice.
B and W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3600
Reese 20k Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30918
