Can a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch from a Chevy Silverado Fit a 2018 Ram 3500 Long Bed

Thank you so much. With your info I know I will not be able to buy that hitch. It will not fit my factory setup. Appreciate you helping me not make a $900 mistake.

The part number you provided, which in our system is # BWRVB3500, is just the replacement base for the standard Companion hitch which is # BWRVK3500. If they are selling just the base then you will also need the head which is # BWRVC3006.
Your 2018 Ram 3500 would also need to have a B&W gooseneck hitch installed to use the Companion. For your truck it is # BWGNRK1314. If you have the factory installed gooseneck hitch then the Companion hitch and base listed above will not fit. Instead you would need # BWRVK3600.
If you could clarify as to what part you found is being sold and if the truck has the factory installed gooseneck and 5th wheel package I can tell you exactly what you will need.
