Drop and Length Measurements for Roadmaster 10 Inch High-Low Hitch Adapter

Question:

It is a10 inch but the specs say center of pin hole to center of pin hole is 12 inches isnt that 12 inches of ?

The drop for Roadmaster High-Low Hitch Adapter # RM-048-10 is actually 10-1/4 inches. It measures 11-1/4 inches horizontally from pin hole center to pin hole center. From the main hitch pin hole center to the angled gusset is 4-1/2 inches. I have included a picture showing the measurements I took.
