How to Install a P3 Brake Controller on a 2014 GMC Yukon XL

Hello, I have a Tekonsha P3 that I would like to use on my 2014 GMC Yukon XL. The Yukon does not have a factory brake controller. Can I use this wiring adapter for the P3 and Yukon?

On a 2014 GMC Yukon there is no place to plug in a controller but the vehicle does have a tow package wire bundle up under the dash, to the left of the steering column, held together with a white tag. I have linked a video on a 2013 Yukon XL that will be the same as your 2014.

I have also linked a help article that will help. There may be some under the hood connections that need to be made as well and the article will help with that.
