Welding Latch Pin Installation for Securing Trailer Ramp
Updated 02/09/2015 | Published 02/08/2015 >
Question:
I watched the video on the part and I still dont understand how it is welded in order for it to work. I want to use two of the latch pins to secure the tailgate on my 5 x 10 utility trailer. Any possibility of a picture of this application?

I attached a picture that shows how the # SL58W will install on a trailer with a ramp. I used arrows to point out the latches and the holes that it will fit into when folded up and latched.
I also attached a picture that shows where you would weld the # SL58W to your trailer and where you would drill the hole in the ramp so that the pin would insert into it and secure it.
