Will the Optronics Pigtail fit the Wesbar left side and right 271584 and 271585 trailer lights? Is the Optronics a copy of the Wesbar pigtail? Thank You,

The recommended 90 degree pigtail harness for the Wesbar Lights # 271584 and # 271585 is the # 719063. There is a good chance the Optronics one would work, but since the two haven't been test with each other and the # 719063 is available I wouldn't recommend it for you.

The etrailer hub #AKHD-545-35-EZ-K comes with a lithium complex based (NGLI #2) wheel bearing grease. This is compatible with most greases but the one I recommend the highest that is compatible is the part #L11390 which is the LMX red grease.
