what screws to use .. what metal that is not going to corrode over time ..need proper way to fasten into aluminum..

Zinc plated screws are going to be the best option for use with aluminum to resist galvanic corrosion. This corrosion you are referring to is from two dissimilar metals reacting so you want to use the most similar metals when installing your E-track to the side wall aluminum frame trailer. It is always safest to add a rubber or sealant to keep the metals as separate as possible even when they are compatible metals.
Many times self tapping screws like # FA1131822 are the best solution.
