I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the complete light kit the lens you referenced fits on is no longer available. Wesbar made the light assembly obsolete in 2011.
The Wesbar Replacement Red Lens for Wrap Around Clearance Light # 105825 referenced in your question can actually be mounted to either side, the passenger or driver side, so will work as a replacement lens for the right side of your trailer if you just need to replace the lens.
If you need a new light assembly, the closest style match we have to the above mentioned light is the Wesbar Wraparound LED Tail Light # 271595 for the driver side and # 271594 for the passenger side. These lights have a waterproof construction and the LEDs will last up to 50 times longer than standard bulbs while also providing a brighter light with less power output. This will simply install with a plug on the trailer.
