The brake controller port on your 2005 GMC Yukon Denali will be located in the black junction box, which is under the dashboard and to the left of your steering column, right above the carpet.
The plug in point will be the second port from the left, on the top row.
I have included a link to instructions for a brake control wiring adapter # 3015-P that plugs in at this same point, if needed.
If you do not already have a brake controller, I would recommend the Prodigy P2 # 90885, which would offer a simple, plug-in application when combined with the # 3015-P adapter.
You would also need wiring harness # 30955 if your vehicle is not equipped with a 7-way connector. I'll link you to an FAQ article that explains how to complete the installation.

The port on my truck(2005 gmc 1500) Already has a factory red and yellow wire in that port making it unusable for my new brake controller harness. What should I do?
