The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.Perfect fit took about 1 hour to install and liked the way it goes with the aftermarket rear bumper.
The product is excellent. The fit is perfect. Unfortunately my delivery came in a box that was destroyed. This was a delivery problem not a product problem. The tow bar looked like it was dragged behind the UPS truck all the way here. There was no mounting hardware or paperwork in the open and re-taped up box. After contacting etrailer I did receive the missing parts quickly but I had to touch up all the bare metal areas on the tow bar that were caused from it being out of the box and hitting the ground. This went on my brand new Jeep so I’m not thrilled that I had this problem. As I said this was a delivery problem but I would have rather had etrailer send me a new tow bar instead of the missing parts.
Excellent quality! some things customers should know 1. It is impossible to put on yourself as it's so snug both sides has to be raised up at the same time. it will not fit one side at a time and to heavy to do all yourself (wasnt easy with 2 ppl). 2. Forget about screws that came with it for the front holes. I couldnt feed them into the frame so I just use the 2 bolts on either side that you have to remove anyways (the holes line up perfectly). 3. You will need an impact to remove those bolts or a wratchet with a cheater bar. Those 2 bolts on either side will NOT come off easily.
Solid hitch. Installation was straightforward and took about 20 minutes.

Was not sure this would fit my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport. My truck has the factory installed bumper hitch that doubles as the bumper mount. If you have a Sport you know what I’m talking about. After receiving the hitch, it took me about 15 minutes to install. Very secure, and the way it’s designed it actually will wrap around the factory installed mount.
This hitch was an easy install on my jeep gladiator and is a quality product. I would not hesitate to recommend this hitch to anyone. etrailer's customer service is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend etrailer for anyone that wants a hassle free experience and outstanding products.

Fast shipping and great customer service. Hitch assembly nestled snug inside existing factory crossmember and hitch. Haven’t towed anything yet, but Install was easy.

Installed one year ago. Installation was easy, ground clearance is good, doesn't impede spare tire storage, still looks sharp. Probably overkill for the light things that I pull, but I'm very happy with it.
