Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a brief look at this replacement handheld remote for the Maxxair Roof Vent Intake Exhaust Fans. Now this is going to replace the handheld remote control for your Maxxair roof vent that has both the intake and exhaust capabilities. Specifically, this fits the Maxxair MaxxFan Plus item number MA00-04500K. And it also works with the MaxxFan Deluxe item numbers MA00-05100K.
And then the MA00-06200K. And then the MA00-07000K. And then finally, the MA00-07500K. Now this includes everything that you see here. One remote control, one wall mount, and then the batteries, and then the screws to mount the wall mount.

Replaces the handheld remote control for your Maxxair roof vent that has both intake and exhaust capabilities.I purchased this remote because our previously owned trailer did not come with an original remote. My fan is a MA00-04500K. This remote works great. In addition to all the fan controls it has a display that tells you what state the fan is in, speed, direction as well as room temperature. Each time a command is pressed the fan will beep but I must point it right at the fan. If the fan does not beep, the remote shows the change but the fan stays the same. If I point carefully and try again, once it beeps the fan will accept the new command. So the remote display shows how it thinks the fan is operating but it may not be accurate unless I point, press again and hear the beep.
Lost my original remote for my MaxxAir fan. Ordered this one to replace it. Works like a charm.
Works perfectly with my MaxxAir fan. My previous remote didn't have the reverse (Air Out/Air In) button even though the fan has the feature. It arrived on time and packed well.
Perfect stock replacement! Remember to remove the batteries when you put your RV in storage and you'll probably never have to buy a replacement.
Barely worked at all, some buttons did nothing others didn't do what they were supposed to do.
Katrina B - 08/22/2022I was told that this remote would work with our max air fan and when we purchased it it was winterized and I couldn’t get into it and now this summer that we’ve gotten into it I find out now that is not programmable with the series we have I believe we have the 6000 series and the 7000 is the only one that works with it and when I ordered it I asked and they said yes it would work with it and now I’m stuck with $xxx remote that I can’t use was hoping I could return it let me know.
Sierra K - 09/29/2021Remote is replacing broken original remote. Batteries are included, but I installed lithium batteries. Walked over to fan, pushed remote on button, fan instantly responded to new remote.
