etrailer was so helpful. I bought the Demco dominator tow bar at the RV show in Tampa. They told me I didn’t need anything for it to work with my blue ox car mount. WRONG… As I found out when I was leaving. I spent hours searching and was almost ready to lose three days and have to pay over $[XX] for shipping. etrailer had the part in stock and shipped it overnight for LESS than the other place was selling it not even counting taxes and shipping. So I saved a ton of money and they managed to get it to me the next day. I called at 1:25pm on Monday and it arrived at 3:20pm on Tuesday. That’s impressive. Thank you to everyone there who was so super helpful.
the product slide pins do not fit all the way through only on one the other one was okay
Sales and support guys were great. Shipping USPS is not good, never on time.
Good product but had to deburr some holes because the pins/bolts would not go through. Adam E. Is always a great help.
