The Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013 is compatible with Blue Ox Base Plates when you use the Demco Tow Bar Adapter for Blue Ox Base Plates # DM9523041. The adapter simply attaches to the arms. This tow bar has independent arms with trigger releases to make connecting and disconnecting easy and has an integrated high low adapter to keep you in the safe towing zone. It also stores nicely against your RV when not in use and you can even use cover # DM9523042 if desired.

If the integrated adapter doesn't put you in the safe zone, then you will need another high-low adapter. I've linked the page to your options.
