The Bolt hole’s don’t match up.
When the item arrived the box had a massive hole in it. The only item in the box was the hitch receiver, no instructions, no bolts and packed very poorly.I emailed and was told they would send out the bolts and was very polite and apologetic. I finally received the bolts and it only had 2 of the 4 bolts needed to install the hitch!!! It had the 4 washers but only 2 bolts and the Long front bolt. The picture as well as the hitch shows 4 bolts and 1 long bolt. I will need to go the the hardware store and buy what i need.
The hitch receiver is absolutely perfect, just the process and parts are very poorly handled!
Great product... you will need a little bit of discovery for yourself to install... but overall great.
Didn’t think it would fit but it fit like a glove! Easy to install with the instructions given. Far and away above and beyond what I expected. Love it!
Figment was great. Easy install. Finish looks very good. Very straightforward installation. 60 minutes start to finish.
Perfect fit to vehicle, no install issues. Quality heavy duty hitch with all correct hardware included. My only request would be a larger direction and dimension section for cutting the vehicle underbody plastic to fit the hitch through. That's not really something you want to mess up.
Fot awesome on my l494 2017 RR sport diesel. It’s a quality product but … you need M19 socket and wrench for the 4 back bolts M24 (!) for the main bolt. If diy definitely use air suspension to highest point and use ramps if you have them. It’s heavy and my tiny wife helped me enough but a third hand might have helped.
