We have the perfect solutions for you to tow with your 2016 Ranger Rover Sport TD6. To start you need a hitch the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13243 will be a great choice it has a 8000 lb. trailer weight and a 800 lb. tongue weight rating which is more than enough for your Caravel.

Next is trailer wiring and the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118681 is the way to go once you have this installed you then wil add the Electric Brake Controller Installation kit part # ETBC7L. This will give you the 7 way on the back of your Range Rover and give you the power you need there to use the brake controller.

With your Range Rover the best option is the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 which is easily added between the plug on your Range Rover and the Airstreams trailer connector. This can be controlled uing your smart phone just like an in vehicle controller.

Last you need a ball mount kit llike the Etrailer ball mount kit part # 989900 this kit will give you 2 different ball mounts and two different balls not only for your current setup but for an other trailer you might want to haul. It also has a nice carrying bag to keep them in so they aren't making a mess in your Range Rover.
