I'm very satisfied with the quality of the Blue Ox Class III - 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver and the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. Installation was straightforward and the finished product looks very clean. This looks like a factory tow package.
Received and installed the kit today. I could not be happier with the experience from the way the website is designed where they have comparison videos of their own products down to the installation videos of the products they’re selling. Everything was very streamlined and very organized. Will always recommend this company and I will be a repeat Customer. You can’t beat the price for the quality of service and the product sold.
Your video doesn't give good instructions on removing the rear bumper. Only a quick lines saying it was difficult to remove. With showing how to do so. I would not order another hitch from you. Also you don't carry a factory plug and play wiring harness

Can you tell me specifically what was missing in the install video? I watched the entire video and I didn't see anything that was glaringly missing... I'd be happy to look for a wiring solution for you. What exact model year is your Grand Cherokee? Which trailer connector do you need, a 4 pin or a 7-way? Is it equipped with the tow package? I'd be happy to help if you can reply with that info!
Great product, good fitment, quick shipping and fair price. Had his installed by a professional body shop that had the proper tools and know how. Took them about 2 1/2 hours for install and wiring.
Great fit and easy installation. Came with everything i needed for a factory look and simple install.
