What Hitch will Fit My 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with Spare Tire Under the Car? Full Tow Package?

I am confused. I have a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee l and I see a few hitch options. However, all reference under car spare tires. My car has a spare tire in a well inside the car. What hitch will fit this? I dont want to take apart the whole back of my car to find that the hitch doesnt fit.
