It's easy to lose track of how much propane is left, especially when your tank is tucked behind a cover or mounted on the trailer. This Bluetooth sensor monitors propane levels in compatible steel LP tanks and displays them in the free Mopeka app on your smartphone or tablet. If you're using the Waltech Smart Thermostat (WA74FR - sold separately), the sensor also communicates with the Waltech system so you can monitor your propane supply as part of your connected RV setup. For remote monitoring, it's also compatible with the optional Mopeka WiFi Bridge (not included). Check your propane level anytime, so you know when it's time to refill.
Built-in magnets attach the sensor securely to the bottom of compatible steel LP tanks with no drilling, wiring, or additional mounting hardware. Once installed, the sensor continuously monitors your propane level while remaining securely attached beneath the tank.
In addition to standard RV propane cylinders, this sensor works with compatible horizontal and vertical steel LP tanks up to 120 gallons, including larger residential and stationary propane tanks. Accurate propane level readings help you know when it's time to refill before your supply runs low.

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Mopeka Pro Check Bluetooth propane tank sensor. So folks, if you rely on propane for your RV home, or other equipment, running out unexpectedly can mean losing heat, hot water, the ability to finish cooking that great meal for the family. This sensor will give you a much quicker, easier way to keep track of that propane supply. So it very, very simply applies.
It's got magnets on the back. You're going to get a little tube of dielectric grease. You want to put a little dot over the sensor per the manufacturer. Other than that, you just snap it on, and then when it's time to sync it to your Bluetooth device and other Mopeka optional remote monitors sold separately, then you can pair it with those as well. And this literally just magnets, sticks to the underneath of a compatible steel propane tank using the magnet so there's no drilling wires to worry about.
And once it's installed, it's going to continuously monitor those propane level inside of that tank. Now again, you can use the free Mopeka app on your smartphone or tablet to check how much propane you have left. And it can go down as much as within 1% of accuracy to give you a better idea of what's actually in the tank. So you know, "Hey, I need to change out, or I don't need to change out." And as you can see from my image here, you can pair on the app multiple devices, so if you have multiple tanks, pick up as many as you need. You're going to get quantity one with purchase.
And you can work, these work rather, with both horizontal and vertical steel LP tanks all the way up to 120 gallons. So, it's going to work with not only common RV cylinders, but larger stationary propane tanks you may have at home as well. So maybe you have one at home, you want to monitor, and then you have some when you're out in the road, you want to monitor on your camper or RV. Now, as I said, this does work with Mopeka's optional WiFi bridge for remote monitoring. You can also connect it to compatible Mopeka displays.
And even if you have the Waltech brand smart thermostat in your RV or camper already, it can pair with that and show you the propane level on that display as well. Now, once again, folks, finishing up, this only works with steel tanks. It is not compatible with any fiberglass or aluminum tanks. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
