Tool Organizer Racks for Trailers and Vans

Get your trailer or work van squared away with racks, trays, and mounts that keep tools secure and easy to grab. Choose single or multi-trimmer organizers and add holders for a blower, rake, line spool, or a water jug, plus drop-in trays for E-track. Install with basic hardware; options include U-bolts for round tube frames, drilling, or a weld. Grade 8 bolts, extra padding, or added drain holes can dial it in.
Some trays arrive with no predrilled holes for mounting and no drain holes; both are easy to drill. A hinge mechanism may be zinc plate steel, not aluminum—confirm material if that matters. If mounting outside, a simple retaining pin can help keep a fold-down tray secure, and an edge surround helps prevent roll-off when not level.
Yes—use U-bolts around the tube or run a bolt through the tube to secure bolt-on racks. Some setups don't include a round-tube kit, so plan your hardware. Check your rail diameter and choose U-bolts that match. Verify clearance so latches and tools operate without interference.
Some do not include mounting hardware, so pick up Grade 8 bolts, lock nuts, and washers. Some options include a lock with a key, but the provided locks may not be so hot, so consider your own. Adding rubber hose or extra foam padding on contact points helps protect trimmers.
Install is straightforward with planning. Aluminum angle and 1/2" stainless steel bolts and nuts work well on wood sides. Stiffen vertical channels with wood blocks using the predrilled holes. Fit into existing ez track can be tight; you may need to notch the E-track or add braces to form a foot.
Choose single holders if you only carry one, or combo racks that hold multiple trimmers plus a blower, line spool, water jug, and a rake. Trimmer spacing can be a little tight, so check clearances. Electric trimmers with handlebar handles can be awkward; adding nylon loops to grip the handle end helps.
