WOW! I am impressed! I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!
When your setup calls for a rectangular sink, these RV sinks match common cutouts and make swaps straightforward. Options include plastic or stainless steel in single or double bowls, with drop-in or undermount installs; some applications may need trimming the opening, adjusting drain plumbing, and using clear silicone or ABS/PVC cement at the drain. Verify hardware for undermount use.
Some drains glue instead of thread. If the tailpiece doesn't thread on, use ABS/PVC cement as needed and let it cure. Check whether the tailpiece is designed to glue to the sink and match materials (ABS to PVC may require specific cement). When converting from single to double bowls, expect to modify the drain to accommodate two outlets.
Both styles exist. Some sinks install easily as drop-in with sealant like clear silicone or caulk; a few people also used double-sided tape before caulking. Certain sinks can be installed undermount, but hardware may not be included—confirm what's in the box. Tight spaces can make setting screws and tabs tricky, so plan your access.
Stainless can offer a cleaner look and was reported easy to install; it helped replace stained plastic in one swap. Plastic matches many OEM installs and fits well, and we've seen it hold up outdoors without warping or discoloration over a year. Consider weight, the look you want, and how easily your current sink stains or cleans.
It can, but verify the cutout against the sink's flange. A good rule is the hole should be at least 3/4" smaller than the flange to avoid gaps. If you're replacing an under-hung sink with a drop-in, you may need to trim the opening and adjust the drain plumbing. Check corner radiuses and plan for sealant to close any small gaps.
