RV Door Parts closer kit for screen doors

Built to pull your RV screen door closed reliably, these closer kit options help keep bugs out and hands free. Measure inside the entry door from edge frame to edge frame and round up to the nearest even number (22", 24", 26", 28", or 30") to choose the right size. These are for the screen door only; some lack speed adjustment, though moving the anchor point can slow the pull, and universal spring styles screw into the frame.
Some closer kits do not include a speed adjustment. You can move the anchor point to reduce pull and help slow the closing. Wind can affect how quickly the door shuts, so check tension and placement if the door closes too hard.
Measure inside the entry door frame from edge to edge and round up to the nearest even number (22, 24, 26, 28, 30). Do not measure the screen panel. If your frame measurement is about 28", note that a 28" listing was reported to be about 2" short and a 30" version fit a 28" frame. If the assembly length looks short with exposed spring, consider the next size up.
No, these are intended to close the screen door. They are not strong enough to pull the heavier exterior door closed. Verify you're mounting to the screen door and that the frame measurement matches the kit size for proper function.
Some closers only fit right-hand doors that have the correct inner channel. Standing outside, hinges should be on the right. Check the door for an OEM sticker to confirm brand and orientation. If your door lacks the inner channel or isn't right-hand, look for a universal-fit spring closer that screws to the frame and door.
