Hello Paul,
There is one thing I like to have when I'm out enjoying the wilderness, and that's a toilet that feels like I'm at home. Well, I found just that for you.
Since you're replacing the Dometic 300 in your 2021 Winnebago Minnie 2529RG, you want the Seaflo Ceramic RV Toilet with Elongated Seat and Bowl # SE92MR.
The # SE92MR is an easy swap because it uses the same 8-1/2" rough-in and mounts to the same standard 2-bolt RV toilet flange as your Dometic 300. It also comes with a new floor seal and mounting hardware, so you'll have everything you need to complete the installation. I added an image so you can see what the rough-in measurement is, it is the middle of the hole to the wall.
The reason you want the Seaflo is because it's a true upgrade over the Dometic 300. It has a full ceramic bowl and base, giving it the same solid feel you'd expect from a residential toilet. The ceramic construction is easier to clean, resists staining, and is much more durable than the plastic base used on the Dometic 300. It also features an elongated bowl for added comfort and a slow-close seat and lid, which is one of those little upgrades you'll appreciate every time you use it.
