George, The product is great- well made and built to last. However, I was a little bummed that it took so long to get delivered. In reading the reviews of others on how fast the product was received I thought that it would be here in time for a recent trip I made (and was hoping to use it) to tow a trailer from California to Colorado and really put it to the test. It didn't make it in time, so I don't know how it would have done. In your brochure with the product you mention the use of locking pins but do not reference any part number or cost. This might be an item you recommend when customers place an order, as well as a mention in your video (which by the way is what put the "yes- I need that for all my towing needs!") . One of the coolest things is that I won't bust a shin or trip over the hitch late at night when walking around the the truck. After many years of purchasing single height towing hitches for each trailer and compromising correct towing weights, a little forward or rearward because height wasn't correct and the stressfull driving conditions it created, I finally decided to look into a genuine solution. EXCELLENT I ordered the Towing Starter Kit on Wednesday and received it Saturday. The product is just what I wanted and ordered and is of high quality. It works well with my new class III hitch. I especially like the locking pin to secure the receiver to the hitch. This is a beast of a drawbar, solid forged steel & well finished. It's also very heavy and E-Trailer needed to ship 3 times because the first two broke out of the box they were packed in. (Someone in the USPS has a couple nice draw bars.) Fortunately the 3rd effort was much better packed in a reinforced box and was successfully delivered. E-Trailer customer service was exemplary in resolving the shipment issue & I will definitely shop with them again.

Its stout and pulls my 7X16 foot enclosed trailer, fully loaded with 8,000 pounds, without any issue. I don't even know that its back there. I have a diesel Ram 2500 with an 8 inch lift and the hitch drops level with the trailer. 5 stars!!

Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Trailer Hitches
Picked up my teardrop in ABQ on 2/17/23, and the Curt ball mount lined up perfectly with no drop/rise, and the extra length gave clearance for my rear door mounted spare tire. This mount is a beast, and the "overbuilt" nature of it gave me confidence that my Bronco would tow the teardrop easily. I also got the Curt Echo wireless brake controller, which synced easily to my phone and was easy to install, set up, and use. Overall a great towing experience, thanks to etrailer and Curt!

Flash Simple 2-Ball Mount w Chrome Balls - 2" Hitch - 10" Drop, 11" Rise
This is a great product, well built and matches my chrome bumper. My truck is lowered so I needed a sturdy product with a good rise to compensate. This hitch, along with the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch from etrailer and the Fastway Trailer Hitch locks work together nicely.
Looks hefty enough to handle my needs. I have a mobile auto repair utility trailer, also a light duty trailer I use on the weekend. this Fastway adjustable hitch gives me the versatility without needing several different hitches. THIS WORKS NICE!

Curt Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs
I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.
The ball mount was a complete failure even after a lengthy discussion on the phone. I wanted a ball mount that would accept the rocker ball and anti-sway bar. The bar sent to me can't be used this way. An email and phone message to the sales person I ordered with, got no response.

Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 9" Rise to 10-1/4" Drop - 5,000 lbs
This ball mount gives me the adjustment I needed on my Dodge Grand Caravan when I rent different trailers. The part that goes into the hitch does have a little play but it is no worse than my current fixed height ball mount. The adjustable ball mount with the 2 pins also has about a 1/8" play so be ready for that if you buy this adjustable ball mount. That would be the only improvement I think they could make in the future is to have the pins a little larger and/or the holes a little smaller to reduce the play. However, this might just be the way these need to be designed at this price point based on the research I have done with other adjustable hitches.
Unit worked, but the fit between the 2.5" adapter and the hitch was loose. It caused the trailer to rock back and forth with every application of the brakes. Had to make shims to stop unit from clanking. Felt like if length of attaching piece was longer it would had helped. Attached picture to help illustrate.

Great hitch at a great price. Shipping was fast. Ordered online and it was a breeze. The picture of the hitch showed it had a sleeve but when it came there was no sleeve. Which was nice fits great in my 21/2 receiver.
I use this everyday, and I love it. It still looks like new, the key locks and slides still work like they did when they were new. I would 100% buy another one.
Draw-Tite Ball Mount Review - 2012 Chevrolet Colorado
Today on this 2012 Chevrolet Colorado, were going to do a test fit of ball mount, part number 2923, from Draw Tite.Now, beginning our test fit, were going to get a measurement off the hitch on the vehicle for a frame of reference. Measuring from the top of receiver opening down to the ground will be about 14 inches. Well install the ball mount using a pin and clip.This ball mount is designed as a 2-inch drop starting from the top of the receiver opening down to the flat spot where the ball mounts on to will be 2 inches. Our measured drop actually comes out to 11-1/2 inches.Now, well take the ball mount and flip it over and check it in a rise position. It gives us a measurement about 14-1/2 inches. A couple other things to know that this ball mount is designed for 600 pounds tongue weight and 6,000 pounds gross towing weight.

Today, on this 2012 Chevrolet Colorado, we are going to do a test fit of part number AMSC4, from Convert-a-ball. This is a cushion ball mount. Hey, a few things to know about this ball mount, that is designed for two-inch figure hitches only and it has a towing weight of 10,000 pounds and tongue weight of 2,000 pounds. To start off and give us a reference point, we'll go ahead and measure from top of reciever opening, down to the ground. In this case, it's going to be 14 inches. We'll go ahead and take the ball mount, and install it in drop position.
