Product description clearly states two locking pins with similar keys and they are also shown in the picture above. This came with none of those and only one standard pin. I'll return this if this isn't rectified.

This hitch combines the perfect balance of tongue weight and hitch drop. I purchased this for my 3/4 ton suburban pulling a 12' Haulmark trailer...what a dream. the greaseless ball is a bonus to keep pants clean when bumped into. Strongly advise the locking pins... this hitch will be stolen quickly as it is super sharp to look at.

The adjustment feature is really easy. I have two trailers with different size balls so it is really nice to be able to select the ball you need and adjust the height with no tools. It looks really nice too

This product has been perfect. It allows me to easily, securely, and safely tow my two trailers. I can switch between trailers in less than a minute! As an added bonus, given the all alumnimum components still looks like the day I bought it!

I bought this for my new FX4 because wanted something that would perform well and look great too. I haven't had an opportunity to tow with it yet but the initial quality and apperance is impressive. The service and speed of shipping from etrailer was excellent as well.
This hitch is extremely well made and makes it very easy to go from towing a lightweight storage trailer with my SUV and heavy towing with my 3/4 ton pickup. Switching ball sizes is a breeze. I highly recommend this hitch
