Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 8-1/2" Long - 7.5K
After being told it would cost around $1300 to install a trailer hitch I figured I would just rent a truck if I needed to pull a trailer. When I saw your ad I was in but was concerned that it would be too complicated to install myself. I turned out to be super simple including the electrical wiring. I'm recovering from a knee joint replacement so was concerned I couldn't get where I needed to be to get the job done but it was a breeze. Everything works beautifully and is solid as a rock. Thanks for such an exceptional DIY product. Now if you have a hitch for my other car, a 1962 Willys Utility Wagon. I'd like one.
My tow hitch and wiring harness arrived on time and was really easy to install. Half the price of having someone install it, and it looks great.

Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 1" Rise, 2-1/4" Drop - 7-5/8" Long - 7,500 lbs
I haven't been able to use yet, however the only draw back was that I was under the impression that the pin came with it. It was my mistake because I didn't read the description fully. Can't wait to get to use.
Good looking, strong, durable, yet simple to use. A year later and nothing has changed. Perfect!

Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-3/4" Rise, 4" Drop - 9" Long - 7.5K
Excellent quality. Very heavy duty. The mounting flange is 3/4" thick. Just FYI: The 4 inch drop is measured from the top of the square mounting tube to the top of the ball mounting flange. When installed inverted, the 2 3/4 inch rise is measured from the top of the square mounting tube to the top of the ball mounting flange. (Note that the "top of the square mounting tube" varies when you invert the mount for rise versus drop.)
Everything arrived on time as usual from etrailer.

Fits perfect

Brophy Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches - 5-1/2" Rise, 6" Drop - 7-1/4" Long - 3.5K
Nice build quality. It was exactly what I needed to match up my small utility trailer to my Jeep Grand Cherokee factory hitch. No where else could I find a 1.25" ball mount with a 6" drop. Many thanks etrailer.com for stocking this item and getting it to me super fast. Your customer service was fantastic too.
Needed a draw bar for my Jeep Grand Cherokee with a larger than normal drop but couldn't find it through the normal channels. Only one i could find was from etrailer, ordered and it was exactly what i needed. Shipped quickly with lots of helpful communication. Will shop here again.

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-3/4" Rise, 4" Drop - 10,000 lbs
Good, very solid ball mount with just the extra rise I needed, 2 3/4", to get level trailer and good clearance for the trailer jack. But excessive shipping charges from etrailer, $[XX] for an $[XX] purchase. Found out to my cost later that [online vendor] would have shipped for free.
As a full-time RVer, e-shopping is very important for us. etrailer was the right place to shop. Right product, delivered on-time for a great price. You beat the local discount RV store by $25 including shipping. At the same time, I had another outfit send me a clearly inferior product to the one they displayed. Said they would e-mail a pre-paid shipping label for the return (didn't) and tried to put the blame on Amazon. Thanks etrailer for a great experience !

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10,000 lbs

Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 1" Rise, 2" Drop - 8-1/2" Long - 16K
This is a beast of a drawbar, solid forged steel & well finished. It's also very heavy and E-Trailer needed to ship 3 times because the first two broke out of the box they were packed in. (Someone in the USPS has a couple nice draw bars.) Fortunately the 3rd effort was much better packed in a reinforced box and was successfully delivered. E-Trailer customer service was exemplary in resolving the shipment issue & I will definitely shop with them again.
Well made, you can buy cheaper hitches but I'm willing to pay a little more for quality

Hidden Hitch Ball Mount - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 15-3/4" Long - 6,000 lbs
The super extra long ball mount is perfect, gives the extra distance between tow vehicle and trailer because without the extra long mount there is only 32" between vehicle and trailer wall. A friend borrowed this trailer and when he backed up the trailer hit the rear tail light and crushed the corner of his truck. With the extra long mount at least the trailer corner wall will clear if this ever happens again. Also great if you have a rear mounted spare tire
This makes an EXCELLENT knee knocker and pulls a trailer even better. Really stands out from the back of the Grand Cherokee which is exactly what I wanted.

Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 4" Rise, 6" Drop - 9-1/4" Long - 7,500 lbs
It is the right size for 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Gives 3-4" clearance from bumper to ball. And 19" height to top of steel bar and 22" to top of ball.
I purchased Curt's 6" drop ball mount for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport which is not lifted but has 32" tall tires. The utility trailer I plan to purchase recommends a 12" tongue/ball height for level towing. The Curt 6" drop ball mount places my tongue/ball height at 13.5" which is acceptable. The bottom of my tow ball mounting nut is now 12" above the road surface. Plenty of clearance for safe towing. I'm very pleased with the quality and functionality of my Curt ball mount. I'm looking forward to purchasing a utility trailer soon. I think it will tow very nicely using my Curt 6" drop ball hitch.

Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches - 5/8" Rise, 1-1/4" Drop - 7" Long - 3.5K
I hooked up the draw bar today for the first time to the trailer that I built and the hitch I installed. The draw bar uses a cotter pin that slides on the bolt rather than going through a hole to mount the bar to the hitch. I have never used a sliding on pin in anything - I've only used those that go through a small hole matching the pin. This includes my farm tractor and other tools. I hope it is secure because it does slide on easily. The bar itself appears nice and strong.
Items packed well delivered on time. Doesn't get much better that that.

Cushioned Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 4-3/4" Rise - 6" Drop - 10,000 lbs
Solid piece made in USA. Haven’t towed with it yet. Great phone service. Quick shipping. Impressed by how well the drop hitch arrived, many times small dense items don’t fair well in transit. Due to double box plus great heavy box and extra attachments to the box this arrived great. Clearly etrailer has this down.
Looks like it is a heavy duty one. Will work good on my truck.

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 10-3/4" Rise, 12" Drop - 7,000 lbs
Arrived today. Fast shipping, and thank you for that! Seems to be a quality ball mount. Just what I needed to get the ball lower to tow my trailer. With this, now the top of the ball is at 16" where it needs to be. Custom built receiver on my old moving box van. Just need to weld on safety chain slots and paint it. Can't drop the lift gate with the receiver in (its pinned on both sides), but hey....I can tow now.
Not that many non-adjustable option for a 12” drop and this one is the best! Love the cushion and it’s very strong. I put that to the test today when I got rear ended with it in the back of my truck. This thing saved the back of my Ram. Came right back to etrailer and ordered a new one!

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 6-3/4" Rise, 8" Drop - 10,000 lbs
I use this hitch when I pull my horse trailer to make the stop/start transitions as smooth as possible for the horses in the back. It works great. I also love that its a category IV hitch. Really heavy duty. My truck sits pretty high, and the amount of drop - 8" is perfect. I never worry about hitch failure travelling with my horses - they're a heavy load, and any failure would be a disaster. E Trailer provided excellent service, and their shipping to Canada was prompt and hassle free. Way to go guys, keep up the great work!
I have a 2012 GMC Sierra HD with a 12" suspension lift. I recently purchased a ball mount hitch with 8" inch drop for our 36' RV trailer and it worked great. It took 3 days for the hitch to get to me. Great service from e-trailer.

Curt Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs
I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.
I purchased this for use with a friction anti sway device I installed on an enclosed V nose trailer. It worked well.

Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount - 7" Rise to 9-1/2" Drop - 5,000 lbs
We bought this to tow our 3,000 lbs. boat with our Subaru Ascent with a 5,000 lbs. towing capacity. With the OEM ball mount, we could really feel every jolt and jiggle from hard stops, going over bumps in the road, and trailering down dirt roads. However, the dual cushion ball has really improved our trailing experience. Once we get up to speed, we hardly notice we are towing our boat. It's also great because some of the lakes we visit are down dirt roads, and the cushion makes this a much more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone towing a boat or larger trailer with a SUV as it maintains that comfortable ride and the jostling of the trailer is much less noticeable.
A year has passed with my Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount and I have nothing but praise for this mount. Once you find the correct height to have a perfectly level trailer there's no need to adjust. The beauty lies in the cushioning! Towing a Yamaha AR190 (3200lb boat and trailer combo) is silent. Even over the bumpiest pavement the tow is smooth. There is no harsh slamming when braking or taking off from the boat ramp. I don't know why everyone isn't running one of these, I wouldn't run any other hitch mount PERIOD! If you're on the fence, get off and buy one, you will NOT regret it!
