The Curt TruTrack 4P Trailer Mounted Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C74RV (17520) is such a new part that Curt doesn't have replacement parts set up for it yet but is working on it.

I totally see where you're coming from, and I can see why it would be confusing.
The gray plug will plug in at the back of your 2024 Ford Ranger, and then the black wire from the Curt T-Connector # C96GJ will need to draw power directly from your battery. The blue wire can be ran up to the front of your Ranger and attached to a brake controller if you decide to do that.

Great question. The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU77XR fits the 2019-2023 For Ranger. For the 2025 Ford Ranger we only have the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM23DQ at this time which is a pre-order item. The delivery date might not be completely accurate since Roadmaster is still in the works on designing one.

I do have a possible solution for you but unfortunately there aren't any battery boxes available that will hold two 12V batteries and fit within a 21" length and 8" width. The closest thing we have is the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R which measures 26-3/4" long x 8-3/16" wide x 13" tall and as you can see from customer pictures the batteries fit in there pretty snug.

Using the cut off wiring harness you have for the P3 part # 90195 you will wire it to the brake controller wiring of your 2023 Ford Ranger which is sticking out of the large wire harness that goes through the driver's side firewall, left of the brake pedal, with shrink tubing on the ends. You can absolutely use your Primus IQ on your 2023 Ford Ranger! The installation will be a bit different, since there is not a plug and play adapter for your vehicle it will need to be spliced in.
If you do not have the universal harness it came with originally we do have a replacement, # 20127. This would just plug into the back of the controller and then splice into the vehicle. I recommend using the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 for your 2019 Ford Ranger. We haven't test fit these yet (April 2019) on a 2019 Ranger but these will fit most mirrors that are 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall. Since this is a wide variety and we have test fit these to work on other Ford pickups you shouldn't have any issues with your Ranger.

While the Replacement Velcro Strip for Access Tonneau Covers - 1-1/2" x 17' # A30474 is not a direct fit for MaxMate tonneau covers, I did look that cover up and it seems like it should work just fine. Luckily the velcro strips are not super specific to models since it's, well, just a strip of velcro. I think it will work fine but just keep in mind you may need to do a little trimming.
