Hello Fred, thanks for reaching out. We do have brake controllers that can be used on your 2025 Ford Ranger, but I am sorry to say we do not have anything with a custom pigtail for the factory under dash EBC plug.
All of the options we have at this time would require cutting the plug and hardwiring the controller. The Redarc Tow Pro Liberty # RED52VR is a great option that comes with a universal pigtail for hardwiring.

Hey Gabriel, yes the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Roof Rack Platform for Crossbars # RR42114BF that you referenced can attach to the top of your Rhino Rack crossbars directly to the top channel and not require using the clamping hardware that wraps around the bar.

The Redline Pre-Drilled Rubber Bumper # D4-96 uses a 5/8" nut and bolt in order to install. The hardware is not included so you can get that at any local hardware store.

So long as your 2024 Ford Ranger came with the factory tow package, that included the brake controller plug, the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # RED67CR is exactly what you'll need. The plug you need to have will be under the dashboard on the driver's side, behind the left kick panel near the brake pedal. Some of them are covered in a gray or plastic plug. Hello Dan, thanks for getting in touch. Tekonsha does not make a plug in adapter for the 2019 Ford Ranger. Our records indicate the 2019 Ranger will have the 4 brake control wires already run, but there is no OEM plug, it will have 4 loose wires with heat shrink tubing on the ends. The wires will be located on the driver side firewall to the left of the brake pedal. To install the controller you can wire it in using the included universal pigtail. To secure the Trailer Valet MV PRO item # TV96FR hitch ball to your trailer's coupler you will want to remove ball from the valet itself and attach it to your trailer using the coupler lock. Then you will come in with the included wrench and tighten it all the way up so it is secure. Once you've completed these steps you'll lower it onto the Valet.
