To fight trailer sway your best defense is proper trailer loading. If you can load your trailer so that 10 to 15 percent of the total weight of the trailer is tongue weight you will be doing well.
Sway control can help with sway from intense wind or from a passing semi-truck, but it will not fix a trailer that wants to sway at a certain speed.

Finding information on the Tie Down 46250 was not an easy task as it was discontinued awhile back. From what I could find, it looks like the calipers marked 46250 often times have to change the mounting bracket and rotor/hub in addition to the calipers. This means the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Caliper # DE86VR would not be an exact replacement and likely not compatible.

Adding to or enhancing your suspension would help with body roll and side-to-side movement. When it comes to anti-sway bars you'll want to go with whichever is the thickest. The Hellwig # HE74GR is 7/8" thick so you can measure your factory bar and see if it's thicker.

Both the ProPride 3P part # PR57QR and the B and W Continuum part # BW78FR allow backing up and work extremely well but since there isn't a ProPride system that would be ideal for the tongue weight of your Winnebago Minnie FLX2306 I would go with the # BW78FR as it has a tongue weight range that matches what your trailer would have.

If you have self-adjusting assemblies like the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Brake Kit # 23-468-469 installed on your trailer, they will indeed continue to adjust as you pull the trailer around. Hi Mark; I recommend upgrading your shackles as well while you're at it using the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit for Single Axle Trailers # K71-358-00. This includes wet bolts, bronze bushings, and 1/2" thick shackle straps so you can have confidence they will last. If you're set on just replacing the bolts and bushings you can use the # D014-077-00 and then for the wet bolts # LC126197.

Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. The Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket # PK11893 connects to a standard USCAR connector. So it can absolutely be used on a 2000 Ford Expedition, so long as the vehicle is pre-wired with a USCAR connector. If your Expedition came with a factory 7-way plug, it will already have the USCAR connector behind the bumper, so the # PK11893 can easily be plugged in.
