I have exactly what you are looking for, but the ease of install can be a bit of a loaded question. If you are comfortable dealing with trailer wires such as the occasional splicing or battery terminal connection, then this install will be easier than falling asleep in a La-Z-Boy recliner. If you've never touched a trailer wire before, then I've attached a video that will hopefully put your mind at ease that you can do this yourself. This can definitely be a DIY type of installation.

They do not make any specific replacement parts for the Sears Sport 20-SV anymore however, you can certainly make the Replacement Mounting Hardware part # CTC-18PARTS work for you. The holes may not align perfectly but you can always drill new ones and use part # LT37467 to cover the old ones. We have you covered for both. For the base plate, I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM77GR. They make the best base plate in the industry and are the ones to get. That said, do you already have tow bars? If both turn signals blinking at the same time is a new problem that has occurred after the harness had worked fine before, there are a couple of possibilities that may be causing the issue. First, the easiest thing to check are the trailer connectors. You will be looking for any dirt or corrosion build up in one or both connectors (vehicle and trailer side). Clean them out if you find any dirt/corrosion and see if that helps.

If you’re not installing a supplemental braking system, like part # DM86VR, then the answer is no, you won’t need to install a charge line kit (part # RM-156-25). You will, however, want to double-check your owner’s manual for the exact steps to put your Escape into Tow Mode. From what I found, once the vehicle is in Tow Mode it will then transition into Sleep Mode.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C23FR will fit standard and Hybrid versions of the 2022 For Escape, but not the PHEV. For that we have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C67MJ.
With that being said, I am not seeing that anything special needs to be done to accommodate the hybrid battery. You will need to enlarge a few holes in the frame, but other than that, it basically bolts right up.

Most of the hitches will fit your 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, but the PHEV will be a little different. With that said, I recommend grabbing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e89YR. This will fit you Hybrid model and the matte finish will help it blend in and make it look more stock than the gloss finish most other brands use.
