Video Transcript for Review of TowSmart Wiring - 16 To 18 Gauge 4 Conductor Wire - TS57QR

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this TowSmart 16 to 18 gauge four-conductor wire. Now, if you are repairing a trailer harness and you want the job to look clean and professional, this four-wire bonded roll is gonna make the wiring very simple. The bonded design is going to keep all of your wires neatly together, so routing them is gonna be quick and very organized. Each wire is color coded, as you can see here.

I kind of poked through the packaging here a little bit and split the wires just so you can have a better look there. So each one's gonna be color coded for easy identification. It's gonna cut down on the guesswork during installation. You're gonna get 100 feet of 16 and 18 gauge wires, so there's gonna be plenty for repairs or even a complete rewire. It's gonna come on this spool, and so, you're gonna get a tidy, reliable wiring setup that's gonna look as good as it performs.

If you happen to have any other questions about this or anything else that we carry here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out to us. I wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Hey Mark, thanks for reaching out, and good question. That “16/18 gauge” wording throws a lot of people off. The TowSmart 16 to 18 Gauge, 4 Conductor Wire # TS57QR isn’t all one size. It’s a 4-conductor cable with mixed gauges inside, two wires are 16 gauge and two are 18 gauge. The heavier 16 ga wires are used for higher-load circuits like tail/running lights, and the lighter 18 ga wires are used for things like turn signals or marker lights where the load is lower. So, when you see...
