The EZ Wheel Lock deters the theft of your trailer by disabling one of its wheels. Simply spread the claw around a trailer tire, close it so that it grips the tire, and screw in the lock to secure the unit. The handle features four different mounting positions, allowing you to adjust the lock to fit 13-inch to small 15-inch wheels.

These are excellent wheel locks. They fit my ST185R13 alloy trailer wheels with drum brake perfectly. This is on a 2007 Fleetwood Cheyenne pop up camper. I put large heat shrink on the ends because they no longer come with the protective rubber end caps which is silly. They will scratch your wheels if you don't cover the ends of the clamps. I did have to squeeze a bit to get the lock in, but I call that a perfect fit. Blaylock needs to start including the rubber tips again.

let me start by saying I am new to the trailer travel world and had to make many quick decisions about security for my teardrop. That being said, this is a very handsome device. On my trailer it does not fit super-snug but enough to thwart would be thieves (I think). I see pictures of this device with rubber covers on the ends...my arrived with none. They are quite important because without it this device scratches the wheels. Wheel locks in general appear to be bulky, this one is quite streamlined and easier to store. If I was to purchase a wheel Lock again this one would receive serious consideration.

I just wanted to let you know that the manufacturer no longer includes the rubber ends. We did have another review where the person used large heat shrink wraps on the end to help protect their wheels.

Product seemed too small at first for 205/75 R14 tire on my travel trailer. Was able to make it work by drilling an adjustment whole a little larger and voila! All's good now! I like the lug nuts with special socket, one deterrent after another makes thieves go elsewhere.

Purchased for my new trailer security in a unsecured lot. Nice weight & easy to open, close & secure. Used on 15" radial tires, top end size for this model, & found the widest opening in order to pass the lock through allowed the C clamp to be pulled off over the tire w/ just a little effort. Trying to use the center holes for the lock took a lot pressure to get the holes aligned.

This is a hardy aluminum wheel lock. I've used it already and would buy it again. The only downside is, as others have noted in reviews, the locking bolt is screwed on by rotating the key and this can be tedious if you're in a rush. Otherwise, this seems to be a first rate product.

This is very strong deterrent and lug nuts were even included with lock key. Much stronger and more complete than another product that I bought. Excellent and timely response to any questions I had on the order.

1 year later and this is still doing what it said it would…lock. I have not been kind to it and it has been outside for 4 seasons. No rust except a little on the key, the lock and clamp are like new.

I’ve found this product easy to use and I believe it would be an effective deterrent. It doesn’t have any protective coating on the tips, so I used a few layers of duct tape to protect wheels from being scratched by the rough tips that come in contact with wheel.

Great wheel lock. The design and production of the lock is superb. Hopefully it will never be tested but if it is, I'm confident that it will do what it is designed to do. As shown in the picture, it will be used as part of a set of locks to protect our new T@B trailer.

Thanks for the followup. In general Im still very satisfied with the lock. Luckily it hasnt been tested by some unscrupulous person. I have a very secure feeling when using the lock. I guess the only slightly irritating thing Ive found with the lock has to do with the key and lock itself. Compared to all other key locks Ive ever used, this is the only one where the key has to be turned and turned and turned until it reaches the end and the key can be removed. The same happens in reverse when unlocking the lock. You have to turn the key quite a few times to get the lock to where the bolt can be removed and the key can be removed. When youre sitting or laying on the ground putting the lock on or taking it off, this all can be kind of annoying. I wouldnt give up the lock for anything and Im sure it will last longer than Ill have the trailer to which I attach it but a re-design of the locking mechanism could sure help some future customers satisfaction.

Save yourself some time. This item cannot be keyed alike even though this is a CT Johnson lock it will not come keyed alike to other E Trailer locks. Order a receiver lock keyed to your key code and throw out the one that comes with the wheel lock. Other than the lock nonsense, the wheel lock is high quality and looks very secure.

The lock that comes with Blaylock wheel lock is made by a different manufacturer than CT Johnson. It can be keyed alike to other Blaylocks that are ordered at the same time or when ordering multiples of the same lock. You will want to be sure to choose the keyed alike down menu option when ordering.

Overall build quality is very high and it fits my 235/80/16 wheels just fine. I was a bit disappointed in the locking mechanism. The clamp has a counterbore that the large end of the lock would fit in however the stem of the lock allows it to be fully exposed to a hammer blow. If the stem was shorter and the lock captured in the counterbore it would be protected. You can see the counterbore in the product photos and in the video you can see the large end of the lock is outside/above the counterbore so I’m not locking it incorrectly.

We purchased this wheel lock to protect our Airstream trailer. We tried another system, a tongue lock that failed to properly fit on the tongue. But this lock easily secured the trailer. Given that no one has attempted to defeat the lock, we consider it a success and would recommend its use to others.

First I must say etrailer is great to work with. Customer service 2nd to none!! Now the wheel lock: Looks nice and works OK. I’m still not convinced it is securely attached to vigorously prevent a determined thief but it does look tough! Of the three lock settings smallest is too tight, medium is just a little loose. The box it came in showed protective caps on the ends. Mine arrived with no rubber caps. It does scratch my nice teardrop custom wheels.

Continues to work as expected. Looks nice and easy to store. I did wrap the ends in Black Gorilla Tape to minimize the marring of my wheel. Hopefully the manufacturer has updated the packaging to no longer show the rubber protective caps on the claw which are no longer provided.

Can The Blaylock Wheel Lock Be Keyed To Match CRS Lock?
Hello Shannon, thanks for reaching out. We can definitely get you one of the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Locks # BLEZ-300, but unfortunately there is no way for us to match the key to your CRS lock. The Blaylock lock will use its own key. We can only key these alike if the lock/product is identical. Like if you were to order say four of the Blaylock locks, and you selected the keyed alike option, all four of the lock you receive would have the same key. I wish we had a way to match it but...

How Many Trailer Wheel Locks Need To Be Used On a Boat Trailer?
While you only need one of the etrailer Trailer Wheel Locks # 288-02020 to secure your husbands boat and kayak trailer you can use more than one on your trailer. The AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock # AMP49FR is designed for Atwood and flat nose couplers. Unfortunately, this lock and others will not fit the Andersen adapter # AM3100. The best way to secure your trailer with this adapter is with a wheel lock like the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock # BLEZ-302. This fits 15-20" wheels or for 13-15" wheels you could use the # BLEZ-300.

Since none of our trailer wheel locks can fit your wheel size the best option would be a coupler lock like the part # FA86-0015-318 which fits basically all coupler styles and would be a great option for security for your trailer.

I reached out to my contact at Blaylock and they said the EZ Trailer Wheel Lock - Aluminum - 13" to Small 15" Wheels, # BLEZ-300 should work for your tires, but they cannot confirm in all cases. They recommend the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock - Aluminum - Large 15" to 20" Wheels, # BLEZ-302, which they guarantee will fit your application. I've attached videos of each.

Availability of Trailer Wheel Lock that Can be Keyed Alike
We do have wheel locks that can be ordered "keyed alike". For that we have the Blaylock Trailer Wheel Lock part # BLEZ-300 which is for smaller 13 to 15 inch wheels and we have the part # BLEZ-302 which is a fit for 15 to 20 inch wheels. There is always a possibility that someone with the same wheel lock like part # BLEZ-300 could have the same lock and lock number. When ordering the BLEZ-300 on our website there is a drop down menu that allows you to select keyed alike(for a fee), or keyed unique. This would give you the option to use the same key for multiple wheel locks.

The Replacement Offset Coupler # AM3140 does not have an integrated lock, but you can always add components to help lock it. Trailer Locks that are All Keyed Alike
There isn't a way to order Blaylock wheel, coupler, and hitch locks keyed a like but we do have other lock sets that are keyed alike. However they do not include a wheel lock. Set # 3794DAT includes a coupler lock, latch lock, and hitch locks for both 1-1/4 and 2 inch hitches. Set # 2848DAT is similar but drops the coupler lock. If trailer theft is a problem in your area you might want to consider Linxup GPS Tracking Device # 300-AT3-S so that even if the trailer is stolen it can be tracked...

Yes, the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock # BLEZ-300 will work well with your 13" wheels on your 2008 Fleetwood Americana Camper. The lock will go over the wheel and tire, your brakes and hub/drum assembly will not interfere.
