The EZ Wheel Lock deters the theft of your trailer by disabling one of its wheels. Simply spread the claw around a trailer tire, close it so that it grips the tire, and screw in the lock to secure the unit. The handle features four different mounting positions, allowing you to adjust the lock to fit 13-inch to small 15-inch wheels.

Does exactly what it's supposed to - prevent the wheel from turning. Seems well made, and I like that the two I purchased are keyed the same.
First I must say etrailer is great to work with. Customer service 2nd to none!! Now the wheel lock: Looks nice and works OK. I’m still not convinced it is securely attached to vigorously prevent a determined thief but it does look tough! Of the three lock settings smallest is too tight, medium is just a little loose. The box it came in showed protective caps on the ends. Mine arrived with no rubber caps. It does scratch my nice teardrop custom wheels.
Looks like it will do the job, although the smaller model may have been a better fit on my EZ-Loader with 15" tires. I like the locking lug nuts, and that they provide two (I can use the second on my spare). I worried that the multiple key-turns would be a pain, especially if the key is on a keychain with lots of other keys, but it's actually way easier just to spin the knurled knob from the back.
This wheel lock works well and seems effective. One year in the weather and the lock still works as new.
We purchased this wheel lock to protect our Airstream trailer. We tried another system, a tongue lock that failed to properly fit on the tongue. But this lock easily secured the trailer. Given that no one has attempted to defeat the lock, we consider it a success and would recommend its use to others.

Save yourself some time. This item cannot be keyed alike even though this is a CT Johnson lock it will not come keyed alike to other E Trailer locks. Order a receiver lock keyed to your key code and throw out the one that comes with the wheel lock. Other than the lock nonsense, the wheel lock is high quality and looks very secure.
Nice design and EZ to install. Seems to be very secure. Luckily have not had to have it tested, but I'm sure it significantly deter a thief.
Great wheel lock. The design and production of the lock is superb. Hopefully it will never be tested but if it is, I'm confident that it will do what it is designed to do. As shown in the picture, it will be used as part of a set of locks to protect our new T@B trailer.
