I reached out to my contact at Blaylock and they said the EZ Trailer Wheel Lock - Aluminum - 13" to Small 15" Wheels, # BLEZ-300 should work for your tires, but they cannot confirm in all cases.
They recommend the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock - Aluminum - Large 15" to 20" Wheels, # BLEZ-302, which they guarantee will fit your application. I've attached videos of each.
